InterNACHI® Buy-Back Guarantee is Included
As InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors, we stand behind the quality of our inspections with the support of InterNACHI's Buy Back Guarantee. If we miss anything covered by the program, InterNACHI® will buy back the home at the price you paid for it. The guarantee is valid for eligible homes listed with a participating real estate agent and applies for up to 90 days after closing. It's one more way we provide confidence and peace of mind throughout your home-buying journey.
You're Covered by the InterNACHI® Honor Guarantee
As InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspectors, we are backed by InterNACHI's $25,000 Honor Guarantee. This program provides up to $25,000 (USD) toward the replacement of personal property that is lost during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI-certified member who is subsequently convicted of, or pleads guilty or no contest to, a criminal charge related to the theft. The Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the United States and Canada, providing our clients with an added layer of confidence and peace of mind.
